Fleet & Commercial Vehicle Repair Services
Fleet repairs need more than good workmanship. They need a predictable process, fast communication, and documentation that helps you manage costs. We handle collision-related body and paint repairs for fleet and commercial vehicles. We also support safety checks that matter on today’s vehicles, including systems that rely on sensors and cameras. You get a cleaner handoff, fewer surprises, and better control over downtime.
We work with small business owners, property managers, service companies, and larger fleets. Some clients bring one work truck at a time. Others schedule multiple units across our locations. Either way, we treat your vehicles like the tools they are, because your business depends on them.
We begin with a damage review and a clear estimate, then we map out the repair plan so you can approve it quickly. We communicate updates in plain language so you don’t have to translate shop talk. If we find hidden damage after teardown, we explain it right away and document it clearly.
We also treat safety systems as part of the repair, not an afterthought. Many work vehicles now include driver-assist features and sensors that can shift during a collision. We perform ADAS scanning when your vehicle is dropped off, again when repairs begin, and again when repairs are complete. That helps confirm systems work as designed before the vehicle returns to service.
You get flexibility because we have three East Bay locations. You can route vehicles based on where the work happens, not just where the shop sits. That matters for crews working around Concord, Walnut Creek, and Antioch on any given day. It also helps when you need to drop one unit off and pick another unit up without burning time.
You also get a shop that invests in equipment and training. We use state-of-the-art tools and keep technical training updated for our team. We are Bay Area Green Business Program members, which supports responsible operations in the community we share. When you choose us for fleet repair, you get both capability and accountability.
Partnering works best when the process stays clear.
We can set up a preferred point of contact and align on how you want approvals handled. We can also coordinate communication with your insurance provider when a claim applies, or keep the process simple with out-of-pocket billing. Either way, we keep documentation organized so you can track repairs and costs.
We also support scheduling that respects your business hours. We’ll help you plan drop-offs, parts ordering, and pickup timing so you can keep vehicles rotating. If your fleet includes newer vehicles with ADAS features, we include scanning and calibration steps when required. The result is a safer return-to-service and fewer issues after delivery.

Repairs That Support Safety and Brand Presence
Your vehicles represent your business in every parking lot and on every job site. Damage can hurt first impressions, but safety matters even more. We repair panels, bumpers, and body components with attention to fit and function. We also confirm the repair supports the vehicle’s safety systems when collision damage affects sensors or alignment.
We serve fleet customers across Contra Costa County and the surrounding East Bay. Our locations help businesses working near major routes like **Hwy 4** and **I-680**. We also stay convenient for local service areas near downtown corridors and shopping districts. When you need **fleet vehicle repair** that you can plan around, we’re ready.
Local leadership, consistent standards, and straight communication.
Jim’s Auto Body grew because customers trusted the work and trusted the people. Jim learned the craft early, starting at 12, inspired by his father Raymond. He opened the first shop in 1962 at 19, then moved it to Concord six months later. As demand grew in the 70s and 80s, Jim expanded to Antioch in 1986 and Walnut Creek in 1992.
That history matters because it shaped how we do business today. We keep a friendly, family-like atmosphere because long repairs feel easier when the team treats you with respect. We answer questions directly and keep updates simple. We want you to feel confident choosing us as your long-term fleet repair partner.
